Join our central Product Management department, where we develop future services and support our operational units across Europe in acquiring new contracts and planning ongoing projects. The workplace can be at any of our locations across Germany, including Munich, Stuttgart, Ettlingen, Chemnitz, and Braunschweig.
Your Responsibilities
- Take responsibility: Lead large and diverse implementation and optimization projects and project teams at national and international levels, including interim management roles as department head in technical building management for our international clients in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
- Approach analytically: Conduct structured technical and commercial assessments of project requirements; identify weaknesses in systems and processes; develop independent solutions; oversee measurable improvements in project performance, quality, and finances.
- Take action: Prepare and deliver presentations to top management; independently implement measures and ensure sustainability.
- Advance progress: Develop service concepts and standards within the service line; expand internal and external expert networks.
- Live cooperation: Serve as the initial interface to clients and work closely with operational sites and central functions.
- Education: Completed technical training or engineering degree, e.g., in facility management, electrical engineering, or similar.
- Experience: Extensive professional experience in implementing, leading, and optimizing large contracts in technical facility management/building technology; experience in leading project teams.
- Know-how: Knowledge of the automotive sector or manufacturing industry, market insights, project management skills, proficiency with MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work style: Structured, independent, and proactive approach.
- Personality: Customer-oriented, confident, and communicative; keen interest in continuous improvement.
- Languages: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Deployment: Willingness to travel extensively within Europe for multi-month project assignments.
