As a Senior Expert in Product Development Software (gn), you are responsible for establishing and further developing our technology-driven software product development area.

1. You will design and implement a new, innovative software development area focusing on SaaS products for our customers.
2. You will develop a clear vision and strategy for the product development area.
3. You will lead an interdisciplinary, international agile software development team, including an external team with more than 20 members.
4. You will ensure the scalability of applications and organizational processes, and take responsibility for successful product development.
5. You will manage collaboration with external service providers, including contract negotiations, invoice verification, and budget management.
6. You will work closely with technically oriented stakeholders and coordinate with them.
7. You will prepare communication and decision templates for various target groups.

2. Knowledge of project management and resource planning, including estimating resources, time, and scope.

4. Ability to select suitable technologies and frameworks.
5. Knowledge of infrastructure, data storage, logging, monitoring, security, and compliance in cloud solutions, especially in Microsoft Azure or similar providers.
