  • Fluency in German and English.

What you'll do
  • Ensure robust product compliance governance and enforcement
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the entire adhesives technologies product portfolio
  • Enforce regulatory standards across all product lines in alignment with the Global Product Compliance Head for Adhesive Technologies
  • Conduct independent reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to product compliance standards
  • Plan and execute compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies & procedures compliance controls
  • Collaborate with various departments and lead projects to ensure data architecture and digital solutions adhere to compliance requirements
  • Develop and deliver product compliance training programs on mindset and best practices
What makes you a good fit

Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Legal or similar

Several years of experience (min. 5) in Audit, Consulting, Riskmanagement, Compliance, Governance or similar roles

  • Very good project management skills as well as strong conceptual skills including data architecture
  • Strong analytical skills including visualization of data and knowledge about quality and risk management principles
  • Customer centric mindset and strong ability to establish common ground with stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Location flexible within Europe
