What you'll do

As a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (f/m/d) for the newly established P&C Business Partnering Team for Go-to-Market Customer Services & Delivery, you'll be a strategic partner to executives, senior managers, and leadership teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing consulting, strategic insights, and guidance on all relevant P&C topics.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Providing strategic consulting to the Senior Leadership Team with high operational excellence to support SAP’s transformation.
  2. Driving the SAP People Agenda's strategic priorities and ensuring their execution across the Business Area, influencing solutions with P&C Services and Practices (Global Total Rewards, Talent Discovery, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.).
  3. Translating business needs to P&C and vice versa, facilitating business transformation and cultural change initiatives.
  4. Supporting the development and implementation of global HR products and programs across all P&C areas.
What you bring
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business Partner roles, preferably in a matrixed and international environment.
  • Understanding of SAP’s strategy, business model, and organizational structure.
  • Strong consulting and negotiation skills for engaging with high-level stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to lead people workstreams in transformational initiatives.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and translate business requirements into P&C strategies.
  • Experience in driving change and transformation initiatives with significant business impact is advantageous.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • High integrity and confidentiality handling sensitive matters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
