• Collaborate with national and international DSOs, business initiatives, and Digital Technology to drive IT service excellence, maximising digital transformation and accelerating business transformation of Energy Networks.
• Lead the definition, development, and implementation of IT service excellence, supporting business transformations and digital business platforms.
• Lead the Expert Team within the Energy Networks Digital & IT Leadership Team, preparing and moderating meetings, and contributing strategic ideas.
• Manage cross-functional teams and support strategic projects.
• Support standardization and optimization decisions in collaboration with the Digital & IT Leadership Team.
• Represent Energy Networks as a subject matter expert in meetings, presentations, and discussions on Digital & IT.

What background convinces us?

• A university degree in IT Service Excellence or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, User Experience Design, IT infrastructure, Application Management, agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe), cloud technologies, and ITIL.
• Strong problem-solving, research, and project management skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Knowledge of the European energy industry and a passion for leveraging digital technology for efficiency and innovation is a plus.
