Who We Are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

Become part of the PowerCo Energy Storage Solutions team and CELLebrate in a highly motivated team and with a strong vision to drive innovative energy storage solutions:

  • Identifying and developing new business models to support existing, and create new value streams for PowerCo's Energy Storage Solution (ESS) business unit
  • Initiating ESS’s external conversations for potential business opportunities with cooperation partners and/or suppliers
  • Managing project teams for cross-functional business solutions involving all relevant stakeholders, and defining project timeline, roles & responsibilities
  • Negotiating commercial agreements with cooperation partners and/or suppliers for integrated energy solutions

What You Bring To The Team

  • Successfully completed studies or comparable training
  • (Several years) of experience in the field of business model development and cooperation in the energy storage market
  • Proven negotiation skills of technical-commercial contracts coupled with strategic foresight and skills for complexity management
  • High degree of initiative, willingness to take responsibility and focus on results
  • Strong ability to work in a team and good, intercultural understanding
  • Fluency in English
