- Cross-functional coordination of technical priorities with regional teams such as Service, After Sales, and Sales as well as central departments such as Global Service, Quality, and R&D.
- Optimization of the customer relationship through proactive and clear communication for key topics.
- Preparation of status, procedures, and solutions for our customers and support for our After Sales / Sales employees.
- Voice of the customer in focus areas and the evaluation and improvement of solution approaches and options for action.
- Interface between regions (After Sales and Sales) and central functions to prepare and support external communication and goodwill solutions during technical incidents with customers, experts, and authorities.
- Supporting regions with technical problems and processing technical statements such as root cause analysis or 8D reports.
- Analysis of customer feedback on WTG performance and technical service, as well as prioritization and project management for process improvements or upgrades.
- Identification of products and services for asset optimization for wind turbines and wind farms based on technical solutions and lessons learned.
- Experienced technician, master craftsman, or graduate in a technical field of study or industrial engineer in related fields, such as energy technology or mechanical and plant engineering.
- Strong sense for pragmatic solutions.
- Profound professional experience in a customer-oriented environment, such as after sales, key account management, or service, preferably in the wind industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Customer-oriented communication skills.
- Assertiveness in a complex environment with different stakeholders.
- Possibility to work up to 95% remote (home office).
