We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team, leading high-quality, innovative solutions in response to client briefs across production, technology, logistics, delegate management, creative design and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing complex, creative proposals and budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of production, communications and delegate registration offerings.
• Ability to research client brands and align solutions with strategy.
• Comfort with brainstorming, brief interrogation and contributing to creative solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, suppliers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive innovative, high-quality proposals and budgets for client briefs.
• Write compelling descriptions of production, technology, logistics, delegate management, creative design and sustainability offerings.
• Research client brands and values and develop aligned solutions across sectors.
• Attend brainstorms, contribute positively, and liaise with clients under the Account owner direction.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers and clients; promote collaboration across teams.
• Manage own workload and ensure timely, high-quality proposal delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and timelines.

We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic Experience Design team. You will be responsible for leading and driving innovative, high quality, winning solutions in response to client briefs, which could include production, technology, logistics, delegate management, creative design, communications strategies and sustainability initiatives.

Our events range in complexity, size and budgets and include conferences, incentives, exhibitions, automotive events, product launches and award ceremonies in virtual, hybrid and live environments.

The role will focus primarily on large budget, complex and fully produced events with multi-service offerings, ensuring the solution aligns with our clients strategies, and pushing the boundaries with out of the box thinking.

As a Senior Experience Designer , you will:

• Have an expert ability to create and develop innovative, complex, creative proposals and corresponding budgets
• Have an in-depth knowledge and specialist understanding of creative, production, communications and delegate registration offerings – and have the capability to write about each solution
• Research and understand client brands and values across a variety of industry sectors, and develop solutions that align with their strategy
• Interrogate the brief to the fullest and attend brainstorm sessions making positive contributions in the development of creative solutions
• Liaise directly with clients, where required, under the direction from the Account owner
• Demonstrating clear and precise communication to colleagues, suppliers and clients alike
• Promoting collaborative, positive and effective working relationships across the teams, and being an excellent team player
• Managing your own workload and taking personal responsibility for proposal quality and completion in a timely and efficient manner
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Working in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects and timelines at once
• Remaining up-to-date and knowledgeable on key industry trends, and understand how to leverage into our solutions
