Your Role

As Senior Executive Programmes Manager, you will:

  • Deliver IMS programmes worldwide: plan, facilitate, and deliver a significant number of client programmes annually
  • Ensure operational excellence: oversee logistics, coordinate faculty assignments, prepare participant materials, and manage simulation tool setup
  • Engage with clients and partners: tailor programmes to client needs, co-create solutions, and ensure a positive learning experience
  • Lead innovation and growth: design new, engaging executive education offerings, integrate digital tools and emerging technologies, and strengthen the programme’s global impact
  • Build and support a faculty community: manage relationships with external trainers and faculty, including scheduling, contracting, and fostering collaboration
  • Apply agile methods: manage projects effectively and continuously improve delivery processes
What You Bring
  • Solid experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry (essential)
  • Proven programme and project management skills, including logistics-heavy delivery
  • Experience in learning design and facilitation for executives or professionals
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities across diverse contexts
  • Proficiency with digital tools and openness to innovative learning technologies
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
Bonus skills
  • Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE)
  • Experience with simulation-based learning and AI applications
  • Ability to analyse and improve learning effectiveness

For Germany, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 86,000 and EUR 144,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers: the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, and the applicant's education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. You will also enjoy a variety of global and location-specific benefits.

Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
