Senior EU Transport Compliance Manager, EU Fleet Compliance Team (m / w / d)

For 25 years now RIFCON GmbH is an independent scientific consulting company offering comprehensive professional services for the registration of synthetic and biological plant protection and fertilising products (e.g. biostimulants, fertilizers, inhibitors etc.). Our head office is located in Hirschberg near Heidelberg in Germany. About 200 employees offer services ranging from complete EU registration packages, general consultancy work to sophisticated GLP field studies and various combinations of these elements. Furthermore, we offer environmental planning and environmental monitoring including eDNA services.

At our head office in Hirschberg, we are looking for an IT specialist in application development / system integration to expand our internal IT department as a full- or part-time IT system administrator (m / f / d) on a permanent basis.

These tasks are waiting for you

• Continuous development of the existing hard-, cloud- and software infrastructure in a rapidly growing company
• Receiving and assessing technical inquiries via the helpdesk system
• Constantly analyzing the technical IT requirements and challenges (e.g. ai) of our company
• Contribution to the development of technical solution concepts and software solutions
• Maintaining of application and system documentation

You convince us with

• Successfully completed education as an IT specialist (m / f / d) or comparable training
• Good knowledge in the support of a Microsoft system landscape, in particular Active Directory, Entra ID, MS M36
• Experience in the support of server virtualization, network and storage systems, as well as backup (from manufacturers such as VMware, Cisco, Dell)
• Additional knowledge in MS Share Point / MS SQL Server / MS Intune
• High degree of personal and project responsibility
• Good level in written and spoken German and English
• Being driven by interest in innovation and optimization in the IT sector
