About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-impact ERP projects for upper mid-sized businesses and corporate clients. You’ll manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery across scope, time, cost, and quality. Partnering with internal teams and client stakeholders, your leadership will guide projects to success while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP projects, from initiation to completion, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects with precision and strategic foresight.
• Drive success through effective project control, resource management, and risk mitigation.
• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Act as the primary client contact, supporting stakeholder management and building long-term partnerships.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience managing ERP projects, regardless of platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or others).
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMI).
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to build trust with clients.
