Senior ERP Consultant (m/f/d) – SAP S/4 SD LE

We are seeking a Senior ERP Consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in SAP S/4 SD LE.

Description

The contract starts on 07.07.2025 and ends on 06.01.2026. It is a full-time, remote position.

The role involves supporting the TM Roadmap project, which includes rolling out SAP pre-calculation to Vietnam and the Philippines, connecting a 4PL in Thailand, and designing and implementing a new carrier invoicing process for a pilot country as part of the S4 frontrunner initiative.

The project is divided into several key sections:

• Rollout of SAP pre-calculation and the S4 frontrunner
• TMS capability rollouts and improvements in OTM/SAP, specifically in Germany, Belgium, and Italy
• Logistics package for an acquisition (SFL) in Europe and APAC in SAP and OTM
• S4 pilot, including Agency Business Document for freight invoicing

Additional responsibilities include:

• Design and implement a new carrier invoice process in a pilot country
• Define and implement a template for Service PO based freight invoicing (S4 front runner), which will be handed over to the client after validation

Professional consulting of the project team during monthly meetings on:

• Status updates
• Resolution of open topics

Tasks include:

• Analysis and Design: analyzing current business processes in SAP Horizon, designing business process solutions, identifying application requirements, and creating requirement lists
• Building: customizing and developing processes, documenting customizations, creating variants, and designing technical solutions
• Testing: planning, creating, and executing interface and integration tests, preparing master data, and managing test cases
• Deployment: preparing cut-over plans, setting up deployment environment, migrating master data, and executing cut-over activities
• Go-Live: obtaining sign-off, managing initial postings, and evaluating go-live success
• Post Go-Live / Hypercare: managing support activities, coordinating bug fixes, and advising on change management
• Knowledge Transfer: creating handover documents, updating documentation, and explaining new processes

Skills required include:

• Expertise in SAP SD and SAP LE
• Logistics process knowledge
• Experience with SAP SD, SAP LE, and ideally OTM
• International experience in a corporate environment
• Project management experience
• Business experience of over 8 years
• Nice-to-have: experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)
• Proficiency in SAP customizing, interface technologies (IDoc, BAPI, Webservices)
• Experience in test management, master data migration, and technical design
