In this role, you will lead fund selection, due diligence, and portfolio management activities, working alongside seasoned investment professionals to optimize our fund portfolio and identify compelling new opportunities.

Your impact will include:

• Executing end-to-end fund investment processes, from market scanning to post-investment management
• Leading comprehensive due diligence on potential fund investments, including:
• Analysis of historical performance metrics
• Assessment of management team capabilities
• Evaluation of investment strategies and value creation approaches
• Coordinating internal and external due diligence teams across legal, tax, sustainability, and compliance workstreams
• Developing and presenting investment recommendations to senior leadership
• Structuring and negotiating investment terms with fund managers
• Managing existing fund investments, including budget management, capital call execution, distribution processing, and reporting
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with fund managers, co-investors, and industry partners
• Ensuring compliance with investment guidelines and governance standards

What will make you successful:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Experience & Skills:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or fund management
• Proven track record in fund investments or similar roles
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Deep understanding of infrastructure or private equity fund structures and LP / GP dynamics
• Experience in ESG-focused investments
• Strong network within the private equity community
• Experience in industrial or technology sectors
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships within diverse, international teams and manage complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
