Job Description

Wolt for Work (WfW) is a fast-growing B2B platform aiming to become Germany's leading employee meal benefits provider. Originally a simple invoice payment method, WfW has expanded across 15 markets with significant growth potential. We are investing to make WfW the market standard for corporate food, grocery, and product delivery, enhancing employee satisfaction and team bonding through our extensive delivery network.

We seek a hands-on Team Lead to drive WfW’s growth. You will manage a team of four sales and account managers, engage with clients, and collaborate with product, merchant, and marketing teams to refine our offerings. You should be data-driven, adaptable, and play a key role in our success.

What you'll be doing
  • Coach and manage your team: assess individual performances, establish performance management processes, monitor output metrics, motivate and mentor team members for career growth.
  • Drive sales: own significant enterprise accounts, lead negotiations with global decision-makers, and contribute to hands-on sales activities.
  • Manage customer portfolios: ensure revenue growth from existing clients by identifying opportunities like untapped budgets, churned accounts, expansion, and upselling.
  • Analyze data: track progress, identify growth opportunities, and work closely with central teams.
  • Act as a bridge to product teams: raise awareness of key product needs and engage them in conversations with partners.
  • Participate in planning and decision-making processes.
  • Be an active team member and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Strong sales skills: identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, building relationships, shaping product offerings.

  • Ownership mindset: proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and German.
