Your Mission

As Enterprise Architect, you will provide strategic architectural leadership to drive the digital transformation of the Klöckner & Co Group. Your responsibilities include shaping and standardizing the IT architecture across the Group, focusing on system interoperability, scalability, and security. You will work on transformative projects, collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure sustainable and agile solutions.

Your Role

• Participate in IT governance and contribute to developing IT strategies, procedures, and processes.
• Scope incoming demands in collaboration with IT colleagues and senior business stakeholders.
• Maintain architecture information using LeanIX as the global architecture repository.

Strategic and Tactical Development of the IT landscape

• Develop IT application landscape and formulate technology visions and roadmaps based on business strategy.
• Manage application rationalization for internal solutions and M&A activities.
• Serve as the central contact for enterprise and solution architectural questions and provide project guidance.
• Deliver architecture analyses and reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Support vendor evaluation and management to ensure solutions meet standards and organizational goals.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

• Lead in M&A projects by identifying architectural baselines, understanding business visions, and developing scenarios and roadmaps.

Leadership Role

• Participate actively in the IT leadership team.

Your Profile and Qualifications

• University degree in IT, informatics, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Certifications like TOGAF are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and familiarity with SAP LeanIX.
• Experience conducting workshops, training, and working with traditional and agile project management methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Ability to think strategically while paying attention to details.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
