We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/x) to expand our customer base in the UK and Northern Europe. This position is remote-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the “Enterprise Sales” team, collaborating with the Northern Europe Sales Director, VP of Sales, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Business Development colleagues to grow our customer base in the UK and Northern Europe.
- Proactively identify and approach potential new clients in the enterprise segment (companies with over 1000 employees), presenting our testing solutions to decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals—with support from the business development team.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with Solution Delivery Managers to ensure optimal testing solutions.
- Represent Applause at international exhibitions and online events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in B2B sales of products/solutions within the digital industry, SaaS, or IT industry.
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Ability to identify and qualify leads, engage organizational decision-makers, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven negotiation, strategic account planning, and communication skills at the C-level.
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies, MEDDICC, Sandler, or similar approaches is advantageous.
- Driven, motivated, and interested in digital industry developments.
- High customer orientation and excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
