Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead the VLE German market by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing enterprise solutions to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market analysis and develop account plans to identify customer needs early.
- Implement tactical and strategic go-to-market strategies to grow the customer base and revenue.
- Build relationships with senior leadership and decision-makers, often from scratch.
- Enhance brand presence through industry events and marketing collaborations.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate internally to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of large account software sales experience, preferably in cloud technology.
- Proven success in closing multi-million dollar deals and managing large accounts in a hunting mode.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to access VP and C-level executives.
- Track record of high performance and a hunter mentality.
- Strong knowledge of the German B2B large accounts market, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a high-growth environment.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel 25%+ within the territory.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
