Position: Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Western Germany)

We are looking for a New Business Sales hunter based in the western region of Germany to join our team. You will focus on acquiring new customers and developing our customer base within your territory. We seek someone with a proven track record in enterprise sales, a strong network, and experience selling to enterprise clients in your region.

What You'll Do :

  1. Develop, manage, and execute a territory Go-to-Market plan to meet growth objectives.
  2. Drive pipeline, sales revenue, and meet or exceed quotas.
  3. Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, Proof of Concepts, value proposition, positioning, pricing, contracts, closing, and account management.
  4. Utilize a consultative selling approach to address business needs related to hybrid cloud computing and legacy IT systems.
  5. Collaborate with Fastly sales partners and internal teams.
  6. Conduct demand generation activities such as events and forums; manage demand creation campaigns.
  7. Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts; use CRM tools to manage accounts and forecast opportunities.

What We're Looking For :

  1. Extensive network and direct field experience within your territory.
  2. Experience with security technologies, CDN services, web analytics, cloud storage, or web hosting is highly desirable.
  3. Proven success in outbound prospecting, managing enterprise sales cycles, and pipeline management.
  4. Knowledge of industry trends and SaaS roles.
  5. Strong work ethic, winning mentality, and passion for storytelling.
  6. Technical background or knowledge is highly desirable.
  7. Fluent in German and English.
  8. This is a remote, field-based role; regular travel required.

Work Location & Travel :

This role is remote, based in or around Frankfurt or Köln, with regular travel across the region and to the US as needed.
