Job Title: (Senior) Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

Ideal Candidate Profile
  1. At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
  2. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
  3. Deep knowledge of a JVM-based language and Python, with industry best practices for scalable, robust systems.
  4. Strategic thinker, understanding interdependencies between engineering and other functions.
  5. Proven track record in leading engineering teams, aligning objectives with company strategy, and managing performance.
  6. Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  7. Fluent in English; conversational German is a plus.
