Job summary

CATL sucht eine erfahrene qualitätsorientierte Fachkraft zur Betreuung von Kunden im Bereich Nutzfahrzeuge/ESS. Sie agieren als Hauptansprechpartner für Qualität, koordinieren Anforderungen und begleiten das Projekt von der Entwicklung bis zur Lieferung.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagement, starkes Problemlösungsverhalten (8D/6 Sigma-ähnliche Verfahren) und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch mit. Reisen ins Ausland sind möglich.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in ESS, customer quality, project quality, supplier quality or related field, preferably in automotive/battery/energy industries
• Proven experience in direct customer interaction, handling customer requirements, complaints and escalations
• Strong knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC and structured problem solving
• Good understanding of quality management systems; IATF 16949 and VDA knowledge is an advantage
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive quality topics cross-functionally
• Fluent in English and German; Chinese is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

Job description

Your Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Act as the main quality contact for customers in commercial vehicle and ESS projects and maintain strong customer relationships
• Serve as the key interface between customers and internal departments and drive quality topics throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and coordinate quality-related documents and requirements for customer tenders and project development
• Review and negotiate quality-related contract clauses and customer-specific requirements
• Lead quality activities during design, development and project implementation, including design reviews, quality planning and FQP preparation
• Monitor and lead site quality activities, including quality witnessing, review of quality records and coordination of outsourced quality personnel
• Coordinate site acceptance, TOP documentation, grid acceptance and customer walkdowns to ensure smooth project delivery
• Independently lead the analysis and resolution of complex quality issues, including root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Drive cross-functional problem solving and continuous quality improvement in an international project environment

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in ESS, customer quality, project quality, supplier quality or a related field, preferably in the automotive, battery or energy industry
