What you'll be doing

Senior Engineer - Networking (m/f/d) München/Hamburg/RheinMainGebiet

Your future responsibilities include:

• Planning and optimizing complex network infrastructures using your expertise.
• Designing, implementing, and documenting data networks as an expert (w/m/d).
• Analyzing network issues and troubleshooting for our clients.
• Utilizing automation solutions during installation and configuration of network infrastructures.
• Leading workshops with clients and developing solutions collaboratively.
• Taking a leading role in complex projects.

What we expect:

• A successful technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or a comparable technical qualification.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in networking; a professional-level certification is required, with an expert-level certification preferred.
• A structured approach with meticulous, results-oriented work, especially in problem analysis and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong customer and service orientation, good manners, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automation solutions like Ansible and scripting languages such as Python (fundamental knowledge).
• Experience in Software Defined Networking (Cisco ACI / Cisco SDA / SD-WAN) or cloud environments (Azure / AWS) is desirable.
• Willingness to continuously develop skills and learn new technologies.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
