YOUR TASKS:

• Support Nordex service in fleet assessments for pitch & yaw components
• Analyze the operation performance of the pitch & yaw systems
• Investigate, develop, and implement potential improvements for the reliability of the pitch & yaw systems in coordination with System Leads and Component Responsible
• Develop RCA (Root Cause Analysis) in coordination with other Engineering Departments and Service Department
• Perform techno-commercial evaluation of improvement measures
• Manage technical projects related to reliability, quality, or costs
• Support the development of DFMEA and quality assurance processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable university degree
• 5+ years of experience in the wind turbine sector, specifically with pitch and yaw systems
• Knowledge and experience with pitch and yaw systems: bearings, gears, lubrication
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies preferred
• Comfortable working in multi-national, multi-cultural teams
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
• Ability to manage projects, work as part of a team, with good analytical skills, flexibility, and dynamism in executing tasks
• Fluent in English; skills in German and/or Spanish are a plus
