We are looking for a Senior Engineer (Golang) to join the AI Autopilot team in Logistics to deliver innovative solutions.

In our Logistics Team, you’ll work on challenges that improve last-mile delivery efficiency, affordability, and sustainability, enhancing experiences for riders, customers, and merchants globally. Your contributions will help optimize delivery operations and support expansion into new markets like grocery and retail.

We aim to automate support operations, providing excellent customer support while enabling our human agents to focus on complex issues. Our internal tool, Agent Copilot, already guides agents through standard procedures and uses LLMs to interpret chat details. Your role will be to advance this with Virtual Agents, automating customer conversations and issue resolution using the latest AI technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automated customer interactions, design features to improve chat quality (including NLP, conversational flow, error handling), and develop scalable backend systems integrated with AI solutions. Monitoring system performance and staying updated with AI/NLP trends are also key responsibilities.

You'll craft high-traffic, reliable services and APIs, participate in code reviews, debugging, and apply modern development practices like Continuous Delivery, TDD, and Scrum. Ensuring stakeholder and customer value aligns with our product vision is essential.

Qualifications

- Golang expertise with 3+ years in distributed systems and large-scale applications.

- Strong CS foundation: data structures, algorithms, software design.

- Experience with cloud hosting (AWS/GCP), infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm).

- Skilled in SQL databases, building high-performance services.

- Committed to high-quality code, automated testing, and best practices.

- Pragmatic, collaborative, independent, and ownership-driven.

Nice to have:

- Chatbot implementation experience.

- Familiarity with VertexAI, LLMs, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Drone, Spinnaker).

- Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog), distributed tracing.

- Microservice architecture with Kubernetes.

- Microservice communication best practices.

- Advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and document databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
