Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead the design, construction, and operation of the data center at our Dresden site? Join our global team at Infineon and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data centers worldwide. As a Engineer Data Center, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and integrate renewable energy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and a positive customer experience. This role offers the chance to analyze statistical data for operational efficiency improvements and the potential to manage corporate-scale data centers, with opportunities to develop best-practice reports and leverage programming skills. In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for the design, building and running of the data center at site Dresden as well as for the design of the data center for Infineon worldwide in a global team
• Evaluate the possibilities to enhance sustainability initiatives within our data centers, focusing on energy efficiency and renewable energy integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability efforts align with customer needs and contribute to a positive customer experience
• Support to analyze statistical data related to operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement

You concentrate your creativity and knowledge on producing results with real added value. You are personally committed to the customer's concerns and award them a high-priority. Furthermore, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electronic Engineering, Control System Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or similar study field
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience working and ideally managing corporate scale data centers
• First experience in developing best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization is a plus
• Programming skills is a plus (e.g. .Net)
• First understanding of data center facility is a plus
• Fluent in English and German is mandatory
