Falcon Green is recruiting a Senior CSA Engineer/Appointed Person for a major data centre project in Frankfurt. You will oversee safe and timely delivery of the full CSA package from groundworks to handover and serve as Appointed Person for heavy lifting—plans, logistics, EHS, etc.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record on large civils projects, with data centre experience desirable. This is a leading opportunity to advance to project management within a pipeline-rich environment.

• Design review of submissions for all required elements.

• Act as first point of contact for client and external stakeholders on engineering queries.
• Lead and manage project packages; coordinate cross-functional teams.

I am currently recruiting a Senior CSA Engineer/Appointed Person for a new hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt. The client is a market leading principal contractor that is renowned for delivering complex infrastructure in the data centre sector across mainland Europe and beyond.

As Senior CSA Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing safe and timely delivery of the full CSA package, from groundworks right through to handover. You will also be Appointed Person for the project meaning you have responsibility for heavy lifting - plans, logistics, EHS etc.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large scale civils projects on time and within budget. Data centre experience is not essential but of course desirable. The data centre sector is the fastest growing sector in construction at present, there is no better time to be getting into the sector. This coupled with the increased emphasis that this client has put on their data centre division, makes an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Construction Manager to fast track their career to project management level.

• Design review of submissions for all required elements
