Mane Contract Services is recruiting an experienced CSA Engineer to join a major data centre construction project in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will support the CSA Manager and project team with delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural works from construction through to completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, monitoring QA/QC, tracking progress, reviewing drawings and ensuring alignment with programme and design requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering or Construction Management qualification.
• 5–10 years' relevant construction experience.
• Experience coordinating large-scale construction projects.
• Strong Civil, Structural & Architectural knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site activities.
• Good QA/QC, safety, programme and commercial understanding.

• Supporting tender packages and technical assessment of subcontractor returns.
• Supporting final account, O&M manuals, QA files, safety files and project handover.

€65,000–€75,000 base salary + significant additional benefits:

• €10,000 German in-country allowance (for German P/A only)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil, Structural & Architectural professional looking to take responsibility for the delivery and coordination of major CSA packages on a complex, high-value construction project.

The Role:

As a CSA Engineer, you will support the CSA Manager and wider project team with the successful delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural works from construction through to completion.

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering or Construction Management qualification
• 5–10 years' relevant construction experience
• Proven experience coordinating and managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong Civil, Structural & Architectural knowledge
• Experience managing subcontractors and site activities
• Good understanding of QA/QC, safety, programme and commercial processes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team
