As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a central role in shaping the performance of our AI-driven energy platform.   • Drive Product Performance: Analyze the performance of our Virtual Power Plant algorithms, uncovering trends, anomalies, and opportunities to boost efficiency and reliability.
  • Deliver Market Insights: Use your understanding of energy markets to identify business opportunities, guide innovation, and support company-wide strategic decisions.
  • Shape the Product Roadmap: Work closely with product managers to evaluate new features, ensuring they meet market needs and are supported by rigorous data analysis.
  • Think Strategically: Turn data into decisions — your insights will directly influence how we build, optimize, and scale our platform.
  • Promote Data-Driven Culture: Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and tooling that embed analytics into our daily operations and product development processes.
  • Communicate Impactfully: Present findings clearly and persuasively to internal teams and external partners, helping drive alignment and momentum.

Your Profile
  • Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or similar quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Researcher — ideally within the energy sector.
  • Understanding of Energy Markets, concepts of Virtual Power Plant and Home Energy Management Systems is essential for this role.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis methodologies, Python and software development practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
  • You have a good understanding of complex algorithms and take pleasure in optimizing those.
  • You have proven experience in creation of analytical platforms in close collaboration with engineering and DS teams and are familiar with energy storage assets and their functionality.
