Provide expert advice on commercial solar, battery storage, tariff structures, and virtual power plant applications
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams
Identify opportunities to enhance client subscriptions and assist with renewals
Monitor and analyze developments in energy policy, market conditions, and technology trends in Europe
Generate educational content such as articles, webinars, and training materials to support client success
Assist in global market research to support strategic expansion
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs inform future developments
Represent the company at industry events and during client-facing engagements
Candidate Profile :
At least five years of experience in commercial solar, battery storage, or energy consulting, ideally with customer-facing or analytical responsibilities
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, business models, and relevant regulations in European markets, particularly Germany (knowledge of UK markets is a plus)
Proficient in using energy modelling software or tools (e.g., Excel, PV
SOL, or equivalents)
Proven experience providing customer support, training, or advisory services in energy or technology sectors
Comfortable with consultative customer engagement, including identifying client needs and supporting service renewals (not primarily a sales role)
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical information clearly in both German and English
Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a remote, startup-like environment
Self-driven problem solver with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage changing priorities
Passionate about sustainability and motivated to contribute to solutions addressing climate change
