What you will do:
  • Lead the strategic positioning of applike group as an employer of choice by crafting compelling narratives that resonate across all channels, driving growth and cultural alignment.
  • Create and own audience-specific employer brand messaging that showcases our work culture, values, and innovations.
  • Manage our social media platforms and website to ensure a consistent, authentic brand voice that attracts top talent and boosts visibility.
  • Partner with recruiting and cross-functional teams to develop employer branding initiatives that attract high-potential candidates through social media, events, thought leadership, and community engagement.
  • Develop and scale a strong employer brand based on a clear EVP, positioning us as a destination for top talent.
  • Monitor employer branding trends, metrics, and candidate insights to refine strategies and optimize impact.
  • Optional: Coordinate press releases and media inquiries to shape public perception.
Who you are:
  • 4+ years of experience in employer branding, product, or growth marketing in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven success in building employer brand strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and talent attraction across channels.
  • Expertise in content creation, digital storytelling, and social media trends.
  • Creative with an eye for design and detail, able to craft emotionally engaging content.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both German and English.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance optimization.
