Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Site Manager for a high-profile Data Center project in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier general contractor or specialist subcontractor, managing the delivery of complex electrical systems on a fast-paced and technically demanding build.

Job Opportunity: Senior Electrical Site Manager – Data Center Project (Frankfurt)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Rotation: 10/4 (10 days on / 4 days off)

Start Date: ASAP

Sector: Mission Critical / Data Centers

€400 + Accommodation + Flights

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage electrical site activities ensuring alignment with design and project scope.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure high standards of HSE and quality are maintained.
• Coordinate closely with project management, client representatives, and other trades.
• Ensure project milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met.
• Conduct inspections, manage snagging, and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Report progress, risks, and challenges to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Site Manager on large-scale Data Center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems installation, commissioning, and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to manage and lead teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Right to work in the EU (sponsorship not provided).
