We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join the delivery team on a major data centre construction project in Frankfurt. This is a high-profile role within a global contractor delivering mission-critical infrastructure for hyperscale and colocation clients across Europe.

As Electrical Engineer, you will take technical responsibility for the design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of complex electrical systems within a fast-paced data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and quality of electrical systems including MV / LV distribution, UPS, Generators, Switchgear, Busbar, Fire alarms, Lighting
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and site management to ensure buildability and compliance
• Support commissioning and FAT / SAT testing phases in collaboration with commissioning teams
• Review technical submittals, drawings, and method statements
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within scope / specifications
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and progress reports

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in an Electrical Engineering role, ideally on data centres, high-tech, or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards in a mission-critical environment
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience working with international teams and subcontractors
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Germany
