Key job responsibilities

• Program management and regular collaboration with teams / stakeholders
• Analysis of internal reports for safety-related management decisions
• Guidance and agreements for health / safety projects and policies
• Driving programs to improve technical specifications / designs
• Above-average willingness to travel within the covered region

A day in the life

In this highly diverse role, you will work at one of our logistics locations and directly contribute to many aspects of our safety culture. You will manage occupational safety standards and improve functionality and efficiency. Additionally, you will lead your team and assist in implementing changes based on employee feedback and the identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement.

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification according to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) in a technical field
• Relevant experience in project work
• Advanced proficiency in oral and written English communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN

• International / national recognized certification as a safety specialist, e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, Occupational Safety Specialist "Sifa"
• Relevant experience in compliance with local occupational safety regulations
• Advanced proficiency in oral and written German communication
• Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methods
• Qualifications or experience in sustainability
• Relevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and management level
• In-depth knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, and control technology
