Suir Engineering Ltd. invites applications for a Senior EHS Advisor on a Data Center project in Frankfurt, Germany. The role focuses on leading health, safety and environmental controls, ensuring compliance with all legislation and Suir standards.

You will work with the EHS Manager, construction teams and project managers to implement systems, conduct risk assessments and drive a culture of continuous improvement. A relevant diploma/degree and 5+ years of EH&S experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Health and Safety diploma or degree with proven EH&S experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload against deadlines with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence colleagues at all levels and work within a high-performing team.

Aufgaben

• Assist the EHS Manager to ensure compliance with health, safety and workplace legislation.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Construction Team to implement the Integrated Management System.
• Ensure Site-Specific Construction EHS Plan is in place and followed.
• Act as SME for High Risk Activities and ensure controls are implemented on site.
• Support risk assessments, method statements and SOP development; deliver training and communication.
• Promote the Suir Way and its interfaces with Health & Safety; report and investigate incidents with root cause analysis.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior EHS Advisor to join Suir Engineering Ltd. This position will be on a Data Center project in Frankfurt, Germany.

What you will be doing?

• Assist the EHS Manager in achieving Suir’s Critical Success Factor 1. ‘To ensure we are fully compliant in all Health, Safety & Workplace Legislation’
• Work effectively with the Project Manager and Construction Team with the implementation of the Integrated Management System
• Ensure the site is adequately set up with a Site-Specific Construction EHS Plan.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all of Suir’s Hight Risk Activities (HRA’s) and ensure that they are identified and effectively controlled on site.
• Assist with the development of Risk Assessment & Method Statements
• Assist with the development of SOP’s and provide training and communication to site personnel.
• Become familiar with and promote the ‘Suir Way’ and its interfaces with Health & Safety.
• Report and Investigate incidents when they occur and ensure root causes are identified, mitigated and communicated.

• Suitable Candidates must have Relevant Health and Safety Diploma / Degree and Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Environmental Health and Safety role.
