Mane Energy in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support a major construction programme in Germany. This site-based role emphasises practical EHS guidance and improving safety standards across project teams, subcontractors and clients.

You will lead inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and safety training while fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with German EHS legislation.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of construction industry experience.
• 3+ years' experience in an EHS/HSE/SHE role.
• Experience on large-scale construction, engineering, industrial or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections and audits.
• Experience supporting incident investigations.

Are you an experienced EHS Advisor looking for your next opportunity within a major construction and engineering environment?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced EHS professional to join a high-profile project in Frankfurt, supporting the delivery of a complex, large-scale construction programme.

This is a site-based role where you will play a key part in maintaining and improving Environmental, Health & Safety standards, working closely with project management, construction teams, subcontractors and clients.

The Role

About You

We are looking for an experienced EHS professional with:

• 3+ years' construction industry experience.
• 3+ years' experience in an EHS/HSE/SHE role.
• Experience working on large-scale construction, engineering, industrial or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• Experience conducting inspections and audits.
• Experience supporting incident investigations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
• Good IT and reporting skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving safety issues.

Qualifications

Relevant professional EHS qualifications are essential. Additional training such as the following would be highly advantageous:

• Auditor Training
• First Aid
• Mental Health First Aid
• Train the Trainer
• Manual Handling Instructor
• Fall Arrest Inspector
• SVSM or equivalent

Experience working within the German construction environment and knowledge of relevant German EHS legislation would be a significant advantage.
