Suir Engineering is seeking two Senior Mechanical Engineers to join our Data Centre team on a Berlin, Germany project. You will work on mechanical construction, coordinate with design teams and prepare detailed submittals in line with contract milestones.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical trade or degree, at least 10 years’ experience in construction, piping and HVAC expertise, fluent English, and strong IT skills including AutoCAD and MS Office.

We have exciting opportunity for two Senior Mechanical Engineer to join Suir Engineering Ltd on a Data Center project in Berlin, Germany.

What you will be doing?

• Ensure that all mechanical construction works are carried out in accordance with specifications.
• Co-Ordination with Design Team to ensure design is complete as per contract milestones.
• Prepare detailed technical submittals for approval
• Ability to work to agreed standards and documentation required to implement same
• Lead procurement of all mechanical equipment.
• Working to ensure test packs are competed and up to spec
• Prepare and conduct piping hydro/pneumatic testing works as per QC requirements

Is this the job for me?

Suitable Candidates must have a Mechanical Trade or Mechanical Engineering Qualification as a minimum, together with at least 10 years’ experience in the construction industry.

• Piping & HVAC experience.
• Organised individual with a constant focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to meet strict deadline and work under pressure.
• Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages.
