The Team

Our Field Partner Management organization is pivotal in driving Celonis' growth by empowering our partner ecosystem. As part of this team, you'll work alongside Partner Managers to maximize client value through our technology. We focus on building strong partner relationships and ensuring our partners excel in delivering Celonis solutions. In the DACH region, where our partners are integral to our market presence, your expertise will be crucial in driving successful projects - from proof to transformation & everything in between. Continually leveraging the latest features and functionalities, such as the Process Intelligence Graph, OCPM, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, you will generate high-value use cases and ensure our partners and their customers stay at the forefront of innovation. As an ambassador to the most prestigious consulting firms in the world, you will drive Celonis’ international expansion and solidify our leadership in the industry.

The Role

As a Senior Ecosystem Consultant in DACH, you'll be the use-case, solution, technical and value expert, being a key enabler to our partners to deliver exceptional Celonis projects - from proofs to transformations. You'll work closely with Partner Managers to ensure that partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive their own and their customers’ success. Your role involves providing deep product expertise, business consulting, and advising partners on best practices for Celonis projects. You'll be a key player in ensuring our partners can leverage the full potential of the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph and its latest features and deliver maximum value within their engagements. Our North Stars are Customer Value, incremental non-linear growth and generating Win-Win-Win scenarios.

The Work You’ll Do:

• You intrinsically possess a high level of vision and dedication. Your excellent analytical skills in concert with the ability to interpret business processes and stakeholder management enable you to consult partners and customers in jointly generating business value.
• Strategically shape the way we engage and scale with partners in a highly cross-functional global team.
• Lead and advise engagements together with our largest partners end-to-end.
• Business Consulting: Assist partners in identifying and developing high-value use cases that address their clients' business challenges.
• Technical Consulting: Deliver comprehensive technical and product consulting to partners, ensuring they can effectively implement and utilize Celonis solutions.
• Solution Engineering: Provide expert advice on Celonis best practices, solution engineering, and project methodologies to partners.
• Product Champion: Drive the adoption of the latest Celonis features and functionalities among partners, ensuring they stay at the forefront of innovation.
• Joint Engagement Support: Collaborate with Partner Managers to support joint engagements, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Become the trusted advisor of partners and their customers, managing top-level relationships with key stakeholders within the DACH region - internally and externally.
• Partner Advisory: Act as a primary point of contact for advisory needs from partners on their engagements, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge resources for partners.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, value engineering and services teams to ensure alignment and support partner success.
• DACH Market Focus: Tailor enablement, drive project success and support to the specific needs and challenges of the DACH market.

The Qualifications You Need:

• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Management & Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, Business Process Reengineering, Digital Transformation or similar areas, with at least one year at a renowned consultancy.
• Strong ability in critical & strategic thinking and problem-solving, helping you to quickly understand business problems and breaking them down into Celonis requirements.
• Client-facing Project Management experience in managing multiple projects concurrently is a must, within SaaS is a big plus.
• Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue/action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with partners, customers and executives.
• In-depth business process understanding, such as supply chain, financial services, IT service management.
• Prior experience in working with or at some of the world's largest global service integrators or SaaS companies is a big plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL; experience with other programming languages such as Python, R or MATLAB is highly desired.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong interest or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand, persona-oriented manner from technical experts through C-suite.
• Self-starter, showing strong ownership, outcome-driven and a life-long learner.
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders.
• Experience working with or supporting partners is a plus.
• Knowledge of the DACH region market is a strong plus.
• Ability to travel within the DACH region as needed.
