We are looking for a Senior Display Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to lead and scale our display advertising channels, including Google Display Network (GDN), Native (Taboola/Outbrain), and Programmatic Display (DV360, The Trade Desk). You will have end-to-end creative and strategic ownership: from ideation and briefing to design, A/B testing, and performance optimization. You will also be responsible for advanced retargeting strategies and maximizing ROI through data-driven decision-making.

Job Description

  • Own the creative process: ideate, brief, and collaborate with design teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize creative assets, targeting, and placements for maximum ROI
  • Analyze campaign data, extract actionable insights, and iterate to improve performance across all display channels
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new features, and best practices in display and programmatic advertising
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and analytics teams
Qualifications
