The story begins
Develop and implement a sustainable sales strategy for the categories: Outdoor Technical, Lifestyle, Kids, Footwear, and Equipment across Central Europe
Oversee the daily operations of Corporate Sales, National Accounts, Field Sales, and Sales Operations
Set both short- and long-term goals that support the company’s growth and vision in Central Europe
Analyze financial reports and activities to monitor progress and adjust strategies based on market conditions
Create a territory management strategy and ensure healthy competition among key wholesale partners
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key customers to ensure long-term, successful partnerships
Lead and shape the transformation of the marketplace across all sales channels to seize new growth opportunities
Work closely with internal teams to define clear and efficient trading terms
Understand market dynamics, identify shifts early, and develop proactive strategies that drive our goals and margins
Recruit, lead, and develop a motivated and high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and achieves business goals
Foster collaboration and idea exchange within the company to support major initiatives
Collaborate with Brand and Category teams to create and successfully execute strong Go-to-Market plans
Take responsibility for accurate sales forecasts and work closely with controlling to optimize profitability
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain transparent trading relationships
Strengthen employee engagement through regular coaching and targeted development opportunities
Your proven path
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
At least 10 years of experience in sales and operations, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions
Proven experience in leading Sales Teams and Franchise roles across different categories and regions
Experience managing key accounts (B&M, digital), department stores, independent retailers, and franchise partners
Strong leadership and coaching abilities to build and maintain a high-performing, engaged team
Ability to develop a long-term vision and translate it into clear, actionable strategies
Deep commercial understanding of distribution channels, net sales, margins, and profitability
Excellent negotiation skills and clear, persuasive communication
International experience with a successful track record of fast and sustainable business growth
Experience in account management and franchise management is a plus
Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
