Walker Cole International is searching for a Senior Director - Operations (f/m/d) to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany. As the Site Director, you will oversee GMP pharmaceutical production and packaging activities across the site.

Your responsibilities as the Senior Director - Operations (f/m/d) will be:

• Lead a large Production and Packaging group specialising in GMP pharmaceutical drug products.
• Manage, develop and mentor department heads.
• Drive site optimisation projects including process improvement and lean.
• Work closely Quality, Formulation Development and Supply Chain teams to build cross functional relationships.
• Lead site inspections and external relationships.

The successful candidate for the Senior Director - Operations (f/m/d) will demonstrate the following:

• Industry experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing management / leadership roles.
• German and English language skills are essential.
