Maximize the effectiveness of Region Europe Marketing spend to enhance PUMA’s brand desirability and boost commercial impact across markets within the scope.
- Ensure digital alignment between PUMA DTC and Retailers
- Implement integrated campaign planning from Brand to Performance Marketing
- Allocate budgets dynamically based on ROI
- Foster an agile marketing culture to adapt and improve ROI continuously
- Establish and adopt standard KPIs to measure campaign and brand marketing effectiveness
- Set and monitor clear target KPIs in each area
- Lead insights-driven optimization of local marketing mix
- Ensure effective budget allocation during annual planning
- Share best practices regionally and globally
Consumer Insight:
- Champion consumer focus
- Drive consumer insights studies to understand customer segments
- Use insights to craft tailored marketing strategies
- Optimize channels (Wholesale & DTC) for maximum benefit
- Define the consumer journey and align marketing strategies
- Leverage DTC insights for wholesale areas
Agency:
- Structure partnerships and agencies effectively
- Identify key partners and build direct relationships
- Optimize agency network for scale and relevance
- Manage agencies efficiently with clear guidance

Representation:
- Represent Europe's interests in global marketing

- Develop Area Marketing Directors and European HUB team

- Participate in interviewing new directors
- Build a strong European marketing community
Budget Responsibility:
- Oversee and control the Region Europe marketing budget
Leadership:
- Manage team performance, recruitment, development, and feedback
