Job summary

Kardex Group is seeking a Senior Director (m/f/d) Controlling Operations to shape and lead a global Operations finance function with entities in Germany and the USA. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash planning and performance management while strengthening business partnering across supply chain and manufacturing.

You will oversee Controlling for supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, cost and productivity analysis, plus governance, risk management and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Leadership in Finance and Controlling within manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and cost optimization experience.
• Advanced SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and BI tooling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash planning processes.
• Drive financial transparency and performance across Operations (Supply Chain & Technology).
• Lead Supply Chain and Manufacturing Controlling incl. inventory, cost, productivity analysis; drive finance transformation.
• Support strategic decisions via financial modeling, investment evaluations, and business cases.
• Lead R&D Controlling incl. project cost analysis and portfolio analysis.
• Oversee governance, risk management and internal controls; develop finance talent.
• Contribute to global SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
