We are seeking a committed, driven, and self-motivated Senior Director, Business Development with strong knowledge and experience in the IP market to join our expanding Sales team. The role focuses on selling our services in the EMEA region as part of the EMEA Sales team.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients and opportunities within the EMEA market for Search, Foreign Filing, Translation, Renewals, and IP transfer services.
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Onboard and manage a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Record customer interactions and manage prospect pipelines.
  • Create, maintain, and leverage strong client relationships.
  • Utilize market and competitor knowledge to promote the company's unique selling points.
  • Ensure high levels of service delivery.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, including delivering presentations and pitches.
  • Knowledge of patents and the IP industry.
  • Experience in consultative sales within the IP sector.
