What we do:

Germany represents a critical growth market for EMEA and this is a senior-level opportunity within our German Business Development team, which is central to our EMEA growth strategy. We are looking for a commercially driven sales expert to lead and develop our relationships with strategic Holding Company agencies. Success in this role requires a demonstrable history of delivering exceptional results, building influential partnerships, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of Agency Business Development Managers, driving strategic partnerships with Agency Holding Companies.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with C-Suite executives at key agency partners.
  • Articulating the unique value proposition of our media buying platform, leveraging industry insights to drive adoption.
  • Accelerating revenue growth through collaborative strategies with the Brand Business Development team and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiating and managing commercial agreements with agencies, in close collaboration with the General Manager Agency.
  • Contributing to product roadmap prioritization by advocating for client needs with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.
  • Representing TTD's expertise and vision on both global and regional platforms.

Who you are:

  • A proven record of accomplishment in online advertising outbound sales
  • An agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up
  • Experience working with blue chip companies and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in a sales role working with advertisers and agencies
  • Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers
  • Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation’s ability, able to lead commercial negotiations for large global accounts
  • A capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level clients
  • Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins
  • Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations
