Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Senior Digitalization Project Manager to join our Process and Digital team within Offshore Execution organization. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in successfully scoping and driving internal strategic improvement initiatives in large, diverse, and dynamic enterprise organizations.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digitalization Project Manager who can play a crucial role in driving Digital and AI business transformation within our Offshore Project Execution organization.We are looking for individual who can take a lead in implementing AI at scale to unlock the power of data along the OF projects value chain and utilize the business potential.

In this role, you will be part of Process and Digital team. Our focus is on the implementation of efficient and effective processes, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and spearheading digital transformation. Our mission is to make lasting impact on stakeholders by driving development of innovative solutions and utilizing improvement opportunities.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

You will lead assessment of the current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for digital transformation.

You will scope, plan, and execute internal projects and initiatives within Offshore Project Execution organization, and you will be overall responsible for the project success.

You will track projects progress, adoption rate of intended changes, identifying risks and proactively implementing mitigation measures

You will work with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions

You will develop, implement, and own change management framework

You will facilitate and prepare workshops, meetings, and training sessions for various stakeholders.

As an ideal candidate, additionally you have:

5+ years of relevant experience in project management / digital product management

Demonstrated proficiency in leading internal business transformation in large enterprise organizations.

Good understanding of Data, Analytics and AI technologies

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively

It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
