The Team - Your Impact

As a Digital Technology Rollout Manager (f/m/d), you will work in mission-critical areas, supporting E.ON's digital transformation programs to help us become a digital-first energy company.

Your Role - Meaningful & Rewarding

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making, ensuring transparent reporting and moderating discussions between central and local teams.
• Lead and deliver strategic rollout projects across the E.ON group, taking end-to-end responsibility from conception to deployment.
• Coordinate the rollout and advise clients on all rollout-related topics, including requirements, data harmonization, migration, testing, cutover, training, and change management.
• Contribute to the development of our Rollout Service offering at Expert Services, supporting knowledge repository creation, recruitment, and opportunity origination.
• Build trusted relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.

Your Profile - Authentic & Open-minded

• Completed academic degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a rollout lead or manager in large IT projects (>€1m), with functional leadership responsibility.
• Strong consulting skills, including problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, organization, and planning.
• Technical knowledge and expertise in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or Microsoft Office.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Business fluency in German and English.
• Ideally, knowledge of the energy sector and grid business.
