Qualifikationen

As a Senior Digital Product Manager (m / f / x), you will actively accompany the digital transformation of our customers and develop digital and customized solutions. Support our team at our location in Cologne or Gütersloh and temporarily from the mobile office.

Your task
  • As a member of our Digital Products Team, your mission is to show our customers the path to value and success with our SaaS product “Arvato Customer Experience Cloud”.
  • Identify industry trends, gather customer feedback, shape the product vision, and define the strategic product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and account management teams to build new features that customers desire.
  • Promote our product, create new qualified sales opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor for e-commerce brands in the field of post-purchase experience, helping us win new customers.
  • Contribute to the scalability of the product and customer success through documentation and continuous process optimization.
Your profile
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, E-Commerce Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience in E-Commerce or Omnichannel environment with a proven track record.
  • Experience working with demanding large, strategic global accounts.
  • Ability to translate business needs and present the value of SaaS products and underlying processes to prospects.
  • Growth mindset, self-motivated, with an action-oriented positive attitude.
  • Data-driven mindset, digitally savvy, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and German.
