Job Description

• The design of digital circuit IPs, such as special DSPs, processor platforms, digital communication interfaces, or digital filter structures for future sensor generations, as well as their integration into complex mixed-signal sensor-ICs.
• Lead the digital project, managing the design of a complete digital sub-system for a product.
• Your responsibilities include circuit construction, verification, implementation, and ensuring stable manufacturing capability (DfT, DfM).
• Design digital IPs and sub-systems using state-of-the-art digital design flow: RTL, linting, synthesis, STA, simulation with back-annotation, formal proof.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our design methodology and tools.
• Coordinate with other R&D departments, such as system engineering, analog design, or circuit layout.
• Provide technical guidance and supervise Digital Design Engineers and Back-End Layout Engineers.

Your Profile

• University or college degree in electrical engineering with a focus on microelectronics.
• 5+ years of experience in digital IP/IC design.
• Proven success in developing digital IPs and products in an industrial environment.
• Experience with schematic-based digital circuit technology design and related design tools.
• Deep knowledge and experience in:

• Static timing analysis, DFT, scan insertion, ATPG tools (e.g., Tetramax), database management, file versioning control systems, issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
