The Role
As a
Senior Digital Controller (m/f/d), you will be comprehensively responsible for managing the e-commerce P&L and providing data-driven recommendations to increase profitability. Additionally, you will optimize the ROI of digital expenditures, promote knowledge exchange, and ensure efficient budget utilization in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Financial advisor multi-divisional E-Commerce P&L: Comprehensive responsibility for the e-commerce P&L. Early identification of risks and opportunities and delivery of data-driven recommendations.
- ROI Analysis & Optimization: Implement/improve an ROI tracker for digital expenditures. Dynamic adjustment of ROI analysis and data-driven measures.
- Catalyst for Knowledge Transfer & Upskilling: Proactively promote knowledge exchange for digital spends (CDMO/Finance). Increase financial returns through digital innovations. Develop best practices & recommendations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Close proactive collaboration with CDMO/Divisional stakeholders. Clear, concise presentation of results and recommendations.
- Financial Budget Optimization: Ensure optimal and efficient allocation/utilization of CDMO A&P budgets. Budget control and continuous efficiency evaluation.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in Commercial/Brand Controlling, including Gross-to-Net management.
- Curiosity for digital/e-commerce topics and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, including concise presentation of complex topics in German and English.
- Strong analytical skills for data-based recommendations. In-depth P&L & e-commerce/digital market knowledge is desirable.
- Advanced IT skills (Excel, Compass) and experience in project management.
