Job Purpose

As a Digital Consultant Salesforce C360 you will extend our Consulting Team (DACH) and play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong personal skills, a solid experience in e-commerce and a broad foundation regarding Salesforce C360. In addition, the candidate should possess the ability to think creatively, contribute outside-the-box ideas, engage in strong consulting practices, and orchestrate projects.This includes supporting our Sales team, leading discovery workshops, and participating in development projects as a consultant.

In this role you’ll get to

  • You'll help our teams in various ways, from presenting sales pitches to getting involved in projects. This includes leading efforts to include expert knowledge in a sales deck by outlining a preliminary solution design or strategically addressing client needs. You'll also conduct workshops during the discovery phase to fine-tune the initial solution design, estimate the required effort, and provide hands-on guidance for implementing the proposed solution in the project.
  • You focus on learning and improving, consistently applying these lessons in practice.
  • You share your knowledge and proactively focus on the growth of our consulting team.
  • You take responsibility for exploring new fields of expertise, expanding our knowledge base, and demonstrating eagerness to shape your path and generate innovative solutions.

Your skills and qualifications

  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with relevant Salesforce Clouds such as e.g. Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud and AI to effectively consult our clients.
  • Digital Transformation: Pushing digital transformation in an eCommerce environment and beyond is a challenge you are looking for.
  • Creative Thinking: You demonstrate a creative and analytical mindset by thinking outside the box to develop innovative solutions and overcome challenges.
  • Consulting Excellence: You have strong consulting skills, with a proven track record in constructing compelling presentations, orchestrating knowledge sharing sessions, and collaboration among team members.
