Role: Senior DevSecOps Developer

Responsibilities include:

1. Business-Technology Bridge: Serve as the crucial link between high-level business objectives and the technical solutions necessary to achieve them.
2. System Design and Architecture: Utilize your deep understanding of system design and architecture to align these with organizational goals. Your experience in deploying and supporting applications will inform the design process.
3. DevOps Strategy: Define and establish the DevOps strategy for the product area, aligned with internal software engineering principles.
4. CI/CD Development: Develop and ensure adherence to CI/CD patterns and quality requirements.
5. Agile Principles: Incorporate Agile methodologies into project delivery.
6. Architectural Guidance: Provide high-level guidance, make critical component decisions, and establish design standards in performance, security, maintainability, and extensibility.
7. Collaborative Development: Work closely with Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers to understand their needs and align project scope.
8. Value-Driven Software Development: Translate business requirements into software solutions that maximize customer value.
9. Industry Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards in performance, reliability, and security.
10. ABAP Programming: Engage in ABAP programming and testing to deliver optimal solutions.
11. Support and Demonstrations: Support customer and sales team demos.
12. Security Compliance: Work with CISO and CISA to ensure security frameworks and standards are followed.
13. Mentorship and Process Improvement: Act as a mentor and seek automation and process improvements.

Education and Experience:

1. University degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, or relevant fields.
2. 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer and Architect.
3. Extensive knowledge of SAP FS modules, ideally with Banking specialization.
4. Skills in software implementation, deployment, and support; ABAP skills are a bonus.
5. Deep knowledge of technology, system design, and architecture.
6. Customer-oriented with a focus on quality.
7. Ability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams with strong communication and organizational skills.
8. Enthusiastic about learning and adaptable to change.
9. Business-fluent English.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
